MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office brought holiday cheer to children in the hospital  by donating a variety of gifts, including trucks, cars, and dinosaur toys, to the Holly Jolly Shoppe.

The sheriff’s office has participated in the initiative, sponsored by the Navicent Health Foundation, for more than a decade.

The Holly Jolly Shoppe at Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital collects donations from community organizations throughout December to provide gifts to children who are hospitalized during the holidays.

Atrium Health Navicent is accepting donations up until Christmas. You can drop off items in a donation bin that’s available 24/7 in the hospital lobby.
