The End Zone Highlights: Perry Travels To Starr's Mill

FAYETTEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) —The Perry Panthers were on the road to take on the Starr’s Mill Panthers for a spot in the GHSA AAAA state championship.

Perry had outscored its opponents 76-37 in the playoffs. It’s the first time since 1959 the team has been in the semifinals. They lost to Brooks County that season.

This was the first time these two teams had ever played.

The winner plays either Benedictine or Stockbridge in the 4A final on December 12.
