Dublin farmers market provides fresh food to your table

DUBLIN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – If you’re looking for fresh produce, the farmers market in downtown Dublin is open every weekend. Tara Bradshaw from Main Street Dublin stopped by 41 Today to tell us more about it.

Bradshaw said this is the ninth season of the farmers market and it is a very popular attraction in the Emerald City. More than 75 vendors sell their wares, from fresh fruits and vegetables, to homemade arts and crafts.

Bradshaw said the farm to table movement is very big and people want to know where they are getting their produce from, which is why the farmers market is so popular.

The farmers market is open every Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from March through October.
