UPDATE: BCSO needs help identifying car, suspects in Murder investigation

UPDATE: (11/27) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating a silver SUV, they say was seen leaving the location just after Brown was shot in the 100 block of Lokchappe Landing on Sunday.

Investigators describe the vehicle as a possible silver crossover type SUV, with a possible out of state tag.

They’re also asking for help identifying persons of interest seen in the photos.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death that took place early Sunday morning.

According to the BCSO, just after 1:30 a.m., in the 100 block of Lokchapee Landing, deputies found 50-year-old Brian Brown suffering from a single gunshot wound.

Its reported that Brown walked outside, and shortly after gunshots were heard.

Brown was pronounced dead on the scene. His body will be sent in for an autopsy.
