FVSU sex investigation suspects turn themselves in

FORT VALLEY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- All seven individuals involved in a sex investigation at Fort Valley State University have turned themselves into the Peach County Law Enforcement Center.

Kenneth Howard, 56, Ryan Jenkins, 35, Charles Jones, 57, Devontae Little, 26, and Arthur James Nance Jr., 47 are charged with pandering and solicitation of sodomy stemming from conduct that occurred in 2017 and 2018, according to District Attorney David Cooke of the Macon Judicial Circuit.

Former FVSU executive assistant to the president 48-year-old Alecia Jeanette Johnson is charged with six counts of pimping. Cooke says a GBI investigation revealed she arranged to provide a prostitute to Harvey, Howard, Jenkins, Jones, Little, and Nance.

According to Peach County Sheriff Terry Deese, they have all been processed and released. 47-year old Ernest Harvey turned himself in this afternoon. Harvey is also charged with pandering and solicitation of sodomy.
